Italeri 1/35 Sd.Kfz. 10/4 with FlaK 30 and Crew
The Sd.Kfz. 10/4 was developed by Germany during World War II as a mobile anti-aircraft platform capable of accompanying mechanized units across rough terrain. Built on the Demag D7 half-track chassis, the vehicle mounted the effective 2cm FlaK 30 anti-aircraft gun on a reinforced rear platform, providing close-range protection against low-flying aircraft while also serving effectively against infantry and lightly armored ground targets.
The compact half-track saw widespread use throughout the war in North Africa, the Eastern Front, Italy, and Normandy, where its mobility and rapid-firing gun made it a versatile support vehicle.
Italeri’s 1/35 scale kit combines the Demag half-track with the FlaK 30 cannon and includes four crew figures, making it an excellent starting point for convoy, anti-aircraft, or battlefield dioramas. The newer reissue includes link-and-length tracks and updated decals for multiple vehicle versions.
