Hasegawa 1/350 IJN Light Cruiser Agano – Kit No. 40076
Build one of the Imperial Japanese Navy’s sleekest WWII light cruisers with Hasegawa’s impressive 1/350 scale IJN Light Cruiser Agano.
The Agano was the lead ship of a class of four light cruisers designed primarily as destroyer-flotilla leaders. Commissioned in 1942, Agano combined relatively high speed with powerful torpedo armament and a distinctive, streamlined appearance.
Hasegawa’s large-scale kit captures the ship with a finished length of approximately 498.5 mm (19.6 inches), making it an impressive display model while providing plenty of opportunity for detailed painting, weathering, rigging, and aftermarket upgrades.
