Hasegawa 1/32 Messerschmitt Bf 109G-14/AS JG300
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G-14/AS represented one of the final high-performance developments of the legendary Bf 109 fighter series. Equipped with the DB 605AS engine and refined aerodynamics, the G-14/AS was optimized for high-altitude interception duties against Allied heavy bombers during the defense of Germany in 1944–45. Aircraft of Jagdgeschwader 300 (JG 300) became especially famous for their colorful Reich Defense bands and heavily weathered late-war camouflage schemes.
Hasegawa’s 1/32 scale Bf 109 family is widely regarded as one of the best-balanced large-scale Gustav series kits ever produced. The 08198 “JG 300” release is a limited-edition boxing based on the company’s highly respected G-10 tooling with new decal options for late-war JG 300 aircraft.
